First Baptist Hosts a Spook Party

October 29-- Although numerous events were held around town to help celebrate Halloween, the largest one was at the Liberty St. parking lot in front of the Baptist Church's building. Included in the activities was a blowup slide for youngsters, a magician's act, and many "trunk treats" for the kids of all ages in attendance.
Meanwhile, "trunk treats" were also set up at several other church parking lots around town. And of course hundreds of ghosts and goblins also showed up at front doors throughout the city that night.
