Summer Heat Helps Fill City's Water Park

July 20 --  This month's generally hot weather has turned out large crowds again this year to the city's popular water park. However, the park's newest feature -- a splash area -- saw its opening postponed because the concrete floor proved to be too slippery. City officials are hoping to install a non-slip coating on the floor as quickly as possible.
